Replacing the O-Ring on Your Pot Filler
Before starting to dismantle the product, if you have a small drip from the bottom of the pot filler, begin by checking that the base nut is fully tightened (Normally a No:8 Allen/Hex Key).
Over time, the O-ring located at the pivot point of your pot filler may need to be replaced. This is typically due to natural wear and tear, or in rare cases, a manufacturing defect. A small drip from the pivot area is usually the first sign that a replacement is needed.
To guide you through the process, a member of our production team has created a short video demonstrating how quick and simple it is to replace the O-ring.
Before You Begin:
Ensure the water supply is fully isolated.
Turn on the pot filler to release any residual pressure in the system.
If you’re uncertain about any part of the process, we’re here to help.
